Antoinette Scerri
Director, Co-Founder
Antoinette obtained her Bachelor of Accountancy Honours Degree from the University of Malta in 2007 and has always been involved in direct and indirect tax advisory and compliance work since then. Antoinette also pursued an international tax course at the International Tax Centre at the University of Leiden, Netherlands, a Diploma in VAT Compliance as well as a Diploma in Taxation. Her focus has always been tax consultancy to both local and international clients operating in various industries including hotels, gaming, financial services and fintech. During her experience in the tax field, Antoinette was involved in various advisory and compliance projects mainly relating to corporate groups’ restructurings as well as mergers and acquisitions and assisting multi-national companies setting up in Malta.
Antoinette co-founded RADIX in 2020 where she will continue to pursue her career in tax advisory and compliance services, amongst other related services. Antoinette is a member of the Malta Institute of Taxation and the Malta Institute of Financial Services Practitioners.
Clinton Cutajar
Director, Co-Founder
Clinton is a Certified Public Accountant specialised in business outsourcing, including accounting, VAT, payroll and compliance, and has a background in audit and tax compliance. At RADIX he leads a dedicated team of professionals, providing them with individual attention both to empower them and to enhance the team’s capabilities.
Clinton has been involved in financial services since 2009, and has held managerial positions with other mid-tier audit and accountancy firms. He started his career working in audit and assurance, being also involved in tax compliance. This background in audit and tax compliance helps Clinton to provide a better service to the firm’s clients, enabling him to approach matters from a more holistic perspective.
After achieving the ACCA qualification in 2014, he continued his studies through certificates in specific interest areas, to further strengthen his understanding and competencies. He has completed a Diploma in VAT Compliance, an Award in Leadership and Management and also a Diploma in IFRS.
Clinton is a Certified Public Accountant, and a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and the Malta Institute of Accountants.
John Caruana
Director, Co-Founder
John holds a B.Com (Hons) degree in Banking and Finance and a Masters of Science in Banking and Finance, both from the University of Malta. He is also a Certified Information Privacy Professional (Europe) and a Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) as recognised by the International Association of Privacy Professionals. John is also a member of the Malta Association of Compliance Officers (MACO).
To date, John has over 13 years of experience through various positions including that of a Compliance Officer, Head of Compliance, MLRO, Director, Investment advisor, trader and Data Protection Officer (DPO). He is also authorised by the Malta Gaming Authority to hold positions as a DPO and MLRO with specified entities within the Gaming Industry.
For the past years, John has been mostly involved in AML/CFT compliance within the corporate services and funds industry. Today, John manages a team of AML/CFT professionals at RADIX who assist our customers with their AML/CFT obligations. John is also the Data Protection Officer of RADIX.
Anton Dalli
Director, Co-Founder
Anton holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Henley Business School, and a Bachelor of Science degree with Honours in Computing and Information Systems from the University of London. He is also a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and a professional member of ISACA.
Anton has been involved in the IT industry for more than 20 years and also has extensive practical business experience gained in various senior management roles within both FMCG industry and Advisory Services. He has managed numerous projects that involved IT system selection, implementation and system controls. He is also a registered lead auditor with the Malta Gaming Authority and as an approved service provider, leads systems and compliance audit engagements of gaming companies. He is also lead auditor for security audit engagements in line with the requirements of the UK Gambling Commission namely based on the ISO 27001 standard. He has also carried out GDPR compliance reviews for various clients, providing recommendations on measures to be implemented to comply with the GDPR.
For the last five years, Anton has also been deeply involved in the blockchain industry in both a technical and regulatory advisory capacity, assisting client with their technical and licencing requirements in various jurisdictions.
Oliver Zammit
Senior Advisor
Oliver is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Malta Institute of Taxation. He graduated with a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) degree in 2003 and a Masters in Financial Services in 2008, both from the University of Malta and currently reading for Board Director Diploma with the Institute for Management Development (IMD) in Switzerland. Oliver is a registered auditor with the Malta Gaming Authority leading systems and compliance audit engagements of gaming companies.
Oliver headed the Tax and International Client Services department of a top-tier international company as a director and later as Partner for 4 years assisting and advising international clients within the gaming and financial services industry. Prior to this, Oliver held the position of a CFO with a listed Swedish Company and later as Senior Advisor in a legal and corporate services firm, providing thorough and rationale advice on diversified subjects, primarily being immigration, corporate and tax structures, gaming, Fintech and licencing of businesses in regulated industries.
Oliver Zammit is a Senior Advisor at Radix Malta and he assists clients with corporate and licensing processes of regulated industries and also advise with relocation and employment matters in Malta.
