An opportunity has arisen to join Radix Group’s (Malta) growing and dynamic team to work as an Accounts Junior on a diversified portfolio of local and foreign clients. Your role will include the following responsibilities:

Duties shall include, but are not limited to:
 

• Responsible for a portfolio of bookkeeping clients

• Recording financial transactions

• Performing periodical reconciliations

• Preparing and submitting VAT returns and recapitulative statements

• Ensuring deadlines are adhered to

• Assisting management and senior colleagues as necessary

 

Requirements:
 

The right candidate should:

• Have a minimum ‘A’ Level standard in Accountancy

• Be currently reading for a professional Accountancy qualification, or interested to do so

• Able to use MS Office (particularly MS Excel)

• Possess good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Maltese

• Be able to work within a team but also on own initiative

 

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software, and previous experience in a similar position will be considered an asset.
