Current Positions

Accounts and Admin Clerk

Radix Group is seeking to recruit an Accounts and Admin Clerk  to further grow their dynamic team. Further details on the post are provided below.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Recording of day-to-day financial transactions

  • Providing accounting and clerical support to the Financial Controller

  • Issuing of sales invoices

  • Performing periodical bank reconciliations

  • Performing periodical supplier reconciliations

  • Substituting the Office Administrator when out of office

  • Ad-hoc duties as required by management

Requirements:

  • Minimum of ‘A’ level qualification in Accountancy

  • Ability to work well within a team but also on own initiative

  • Practical understanding of basic bookkeeping matters

  • Proficient use of Microsoft excel

  • Must be responsible and dependable

  • Fluent in written and spoken Maltese and English

The selected candidate will form part of a young, professional and dynamic team and will be provided with the necessary training upon joining. The candidate will also benefit from a company paid health insurance cover, and parking is offered free in our modern and well-maintaned office.

Corporate Officer

An opportunity has arisen to join Radix Group’s (Malta) growing and dynamic team to work as a Corporate Officer on a diversified portfolio of local and foreign clients. Your role will include the following responsibilities:

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the clients in the setting up of companies in terms of local legislation and procedures

  • Ensuring that a strong relationship is built with the clients and seeing that the quality of work is in line with Radix Group’s (Malta) standards;

  • Co-ordinating and assisting clients in their day to day needs in relation to their companies.

  • Assisting the clients on the application of single work permits and guiding them through the process

  • Liaising with the relevant authorities

  • Preparation and filing of annual and other statutory fillings

  • General office administrative duties

Requirements:

  • A minimum experience of 2 years in a similar role

  • Excellent written and verbal Maltese and English

  • You have very good knowledge of excel and word

  • Strong attention to detail

  •  Ability to work under own initiative

  • Team player with a positive ‘can do’ attitude

Accounts Junior

An opportunity has arisen to join Radix Group’s (Malta) growing and dynamic team to work as an Accounts Junior on a diversified portfolio of local and foreign clients. Your role will include the following responsibilities:

Duties shall include, but are not limited to:
 

  • Responsible for a portfolio of bookkeeping clients

  • Recording financial transactions

  • Performing periodical reconciliations

  • Preparing and submitting VAT returns and recapitulative statements

  • Ensuring deadlines are adhered to

  • Assisting management and senior colleagues as necessary

 

Requirements:
 

The right candidate should:

  • Have a minimum ‘A’ Level standard in Accountancy

  • Be currently reading for a professional Accountancy qualification, or interested to do so

  • Able to use MS Office (particularly MS Excel)

  • Possess good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Maltese

  • Be able to work within a team but also on own initiative

 

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software, and previous experience in a similar position will be considered an asset.
