Accounts Junior

Founded in 2020, Radix positions itself as a boutique firm focusing on five main business areas being Business Outsourcing, Taxation, Legal & Corporate, Fintech, AML consultancy. Coming from different lines of expertise, the Group’s founders bring together more than 20 years of experience, with the aim of providing a comprehensive array of services to our local and international clients.


The Group offices are situated at Quad Central, Malta’s newest and most exclusive business location in the centre of Malta.


Our foundations are built on providing a professional, efficient, and reliable service to our clients.  We aim to maintain a personalised approach where we can continue adding value and remain always reachable for our clients.


Radix is currently looking for the right candidate to join its growing team as Accounts Junior in the Business Outsourcing department. The department is mainly involved in bookkeeping, management accounting, payroll outsourcing and VAT compliance.

Duties and Responsibilities

Duties shall include, but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for a portfolio of bookkeeping clients

  • Recording financial transactions

  • Performing periodical reconciliations

  • Assisting with VAT returns and other reporting

  • Ensuring deadlines are adhered to

  • Assisting management and senior colleagues

Skills and Requirements:
 

The right candidate should:

  • Have a minimum ‘A’ Level standard in Accountancy

  • Be currently reading for a professional Accountancy qualification, or interested to do so

  • Able to use MS Office (particularly MS Excel)

  • Possess good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Maltese

  • Be able to work within a team but also on own initiative

 

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software, and previous experience in a similar position will be considered an asset.
